Trade-In-Program

Terms and Conditions

Up to $300 trade-in value, for old Sony VAIO laptops.

Up to $200 trade-in value, for other brands of laptops.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE KINDLY READ OUT FULL TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PARTICIPATING IN THE TRADE-IN PROGRAM. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE TRADE-IN PROGRAM, CUSTOMER IS DEEMED TO HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO ABIDE BY, THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. BELOW ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLY.

1. Notebook/laptop: DIY (Do-it-Yourself) notebook/laptop are not accepted.
2. Notebook/Laptop: Notebooks/laptops above 6 years old have high depreciation in their value. Single Core Processor laptops are no longer accepted.
3. Tampered devices: Notebook/laptop that are dismantled or heavily tampered with are not accepted.
4. Faulty unit or incomplete unit: These could be considered for trade in (except for faulty LCD/LED screens), but device will be re-valued accordingly. If items cannot be reasonably trade in, you will be informed accordingly.
5. Validity of trade in, valid from 22 December 2018 to 31^st March 2019 period.
6. We reserve the rights to reject or re-quote any units for trade-in. in case of dispute, Nextgo Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right of final decision on quotation.
7. Leased device are not eligible for this trade-in program unless and until you purchase the leased device from your service provider prior to trading in, which may involve additional fees and payments. You may  not participate in this trade-in program if you lease or otherwise do not own the device you would be trading in.
8. You must remove all data, including all confidential and personal data, form your trade-in notebook/laptop. To do so, you should return the notebook/laptop to its factory settings within the setting menu of the notebook/laptop. It is your sole responsibility to back-up any files or data from your trade-in notebook/laptop that you wish to retain prior to performing a factory data reset and before trading in your trade-in notebook/laptop. Nextgo Singapore Pte Ltd does not accept any responsibility or liability for any lost files or data or disclosure of private information that has not neem removed from your trade-in notebook/laptop prior to trade-in.
9. Notebook/laptop: You may trade in only one (1) notebook/laptop under this trade-in program for each VAIO your purchase.
10. Notebook/laptop model eligibility (for both the trade-in notebook/laptop and the New VAIO notebook_ and trade-in value are determined by Nextgo Singapore Pte Ltd in its sole discretion and may vary depending on the time of purchase. Your trade-in notebook/laptop must meet all of the requirements.
    1. Your trade-in notebook/laptop must power on, hold a charge and not power off unexpectedly;
    2. Your trade-in notebook/laptop must have a functioning display with no black spots or dead pixilation of any kind;
    3. Unless a Cracked Screen Offer applies, your trade-in device must have no breaks or cracks, or other defects that go beyond normal wear and tear, including but not limited to: multiple scratches, dents, or dings; evidence of water damage; or corroded charging port, or battery terminal contracts;
    4. Your trade-in notebook/laptop must not be on a blacklist of any kind;
    5. At the time of trade-in, you must be the owner of the trade-in notebook/laptop
11. The trade-in program cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers unless specifically provided for in the terms and conditions of such offers.

12. By participating in the trade-in program, you understand and agree that it may be necessary for Nexstgo Singapore Pte Ltd, its affiliates and agents, to collect, process, transmit, maintain, share, and use certain of your personal information, such as your name, address, and information related to your method of payment, to perform the service and support obligations under the trade-in program. You may receive trade-in program-related communications from Nexstgo Singapore Pte Ltd, its affiliates and agents, such as notices regarding additional charges described. You may also receive requests to participate in surveys or marketing communications from Nexstgo Singapore Pte Ltd and/or its affiliates related to the trade-in program or other offers. At all times, Nexstgo Singapore Pte Ltd will treat your information in accordance with the Nexstgo Singapore Pte Ltd Privacy Policy.
13. If any provision ( or part of any provision ) of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such term shall, insofar as it is severable from the remaining terms, be deemed omitted from these Terms and shall in no way affect the legality, validity or enforceability of the remaining terms. Nexstgo Singapore Pte Ltd reserves the right to substitute, change, cancel or add to
14. any part of these terms at any time, including terminating the trade-in program or modifying these terms and conditions.
15. We reserve the right to decline or cancel your participation in the trade-in program, with or without advance notice, if we believe that your participation is enabling a fraudulent or illegal purpose.
16. The trade-in program is available only to customers residing in Singapore only and is not available in other locations.
